Welland Canal

The Welland Canal is one of the truly great boatwatching spots in the world.

The canal sees a mixture of salties and the older smaller lakers,
although large modern 1000 footers won't fit through the locks.

A canal transit takes several hours, allowing many photo angles of each boat.
